sports clubs are relevant to Fred’s pass reserve board, so they are directed there. Council manages Howard park and Knuckey lagoon reserves, so all users have to book to use the hall/oval at Howard. Leyza manages day to day bookings and I escalate to the CEO if requiring approval, etc.
